Care for the Entire Family<\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=”https:\/\/youtu.be\/itRHytYeN0U”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The help and support that Suncrest Hospice offers families is not much different than the support they provide to patients. The family may not be seen five days a week by a nurse, but they will have access to a team of care givers whenever needed. Emotional and spiritual support is provided by the Chaplain. Resources and education are available from a social worker. They’ll receive grief support for at least thirteen months from a bereavement coordinator. There is so much that Suncrest Hospice does for families alongside their loved ones, because we believe the whole family deserves special attention during these times.<\/p>\n

Family members always tell us about how grateful they are for Suncrest Hospice, because we free up their time to focus on being a daughter, or a son, or spouse, rather than a care giver.<\/p>\n
